I woke up today in my own bed for the first time in two weeks. There was two major differences between this morning and the past 14 mornings.
1. I was in Maine, not in Mexico
2. It was literally 1 Degree Fahrenheit as opposed to 65 degrees.
When I rode to work my eyes teared up, an proceeded to freeze to my cheeks.
Nothing like coming back from 2 weeks of beach weather in Mexico to the coldest day of the year in Maine.
Luckily Finnie showed up at closing time. I got a ride home.
